INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1/4 spoon of Shilajit Essential Extract. Add it to a glass of water/milk and stir for 5 seconds. Drink it once the shilajit gets dissolved.
 
RECCOMENDED: Avoid refrigeration. Store in room temperature. If Shilajit solidifies, put the container in warm water for 10 minutes until it reliquifies. Do not heat as the product might stick into the container.
